This Indirect Fired Heater is designed to operate in freezing weather down to -40 °F/°C and below. This indirect fired heater has a heat rise of 350 °F (177 °C) which means that if the ambient temperature is at -40 °F, the heat outlet will still be 250°F. Powered by a Honda 5.5 HP Gasoline driven engine, this Herman Nelson indirect heater is the best in the industry and used by both the US and Canadian military and most major airlines worldwide. The BT400NEX-G indirect fired heater is manufactured in Canada and built to withstands the brutal Canadian winters. This heater has been in continuous production with ongoing technological improvements since 1973. In 2010 the original Herman Nelson was upgraded to full electronic temperature control and valves. Easier to operate, more reliable and economical to maintain. Certified by O-TL to UL 733-1993 (TO CSA STANDARDS)
