The Herman Nelson Indirect fired heater BT400-NEX-D is an Indirect diesel-fired Heater. This furnace operates reliably under extreme frigid temperatures and is completely stand-alone. The BT400 NEX-D produces 400K BTUs of hot clean air breathable that can be ducted up to 30ft from the intended heat location.
This furnace uses a Kubota diesel engine, which powers the high-efficiency stainless steel heat exchanger, producing heat between the ranges of 150°F – 250°F, which can be maintained at a constant using the electric temperature controller system.
This heater is certified for indoor usage. The combusted exhaust can be expelled from the system through the exhaust stack allowing the heater to deliver 100% breathable hot air.
The BT400 NEX-D is highly portable and can operate for up to 14 hours, discharging clean hot air where and when you need it.
Additionally, using the optional Bug Eye duct adapter, you can push the hot air up-to three separate sources just from one heater.
