As part of our comprehensive overhaul service for your BT400 NEX-D and BT400 NEX-G heaters, our expert technicians meticulously maintain and service various components to ensure your units operate at peak efficiency. For both models, the overhaul includes servicing critical parts such as the Air Filter, Oil Change, Heater Wiring, High Temperature Switch, Temperature Gauge, Heat Exchanger, Charging System, Fuel Nozzles, Fuel Filters, Temperature Valve Kit, Burner Valve, Fuel Pump, and various Check Valves.
It’s important to note:
✅ The only parts being replaced during the standard overhaul are the Air Filters, Engine Oil (oil change performed), and the Engine Oil Filter is thoroughly cleaned (not replaced).
✅ All other components listed are checked, cleaned, and tested. If any of these parts are found to be worn out or beyond repair, we will provide you with a detailed assessment and quote for replacement. No additional work or costs will be incurred without your approval.
Specifically, for the BT400 NEX-G, additional attention is given to replacing the Spark Plug, testing the Oil Alert System, and replacing the Nozzle Check Valve and Temperature Check Valve, when necessary and with customer approval. Meanwhile, the BT400 NEX-D overhaul includes cleaning the Engine Oil Filter, replacing the 3/8″ Rubber Fuel Line and the Rubber Fuel Line Return, among other essential maintenance steps.
During the overhaul process, our goal is to restore your heater’s functionality using its existing components whenever possible. Any additional repairs or replacements beyond the standard service will be communicated to you upfront to avoid surprises.
